Shipping policy
Order Production & Processing Time
Upon successful confirmation of customer payment, all orders will enter our standardized production schedule with a general manufacturing cycle spanning 7–30 business days. The complete workflow covers formal product manufacturing, rigorous multi-stage quality inspection, and standardized factory packaging procedures to ensure consistent product quality and packaging integrity. The actual production lead time may undergo reasonable fluctuations based on order volume, customized product specifications, and seasonal production peak arrangements. We maintain proactive and transparent communication throughout the entire production phase, providing timely progress updates and operational feedback to keep every client fully informed of their order status. All orders are processed in chronological payment sequence, with orders placed during weekends, statutory holidays, or peak production periods scheduled for subsequent systematic arrangement. We reserve the reasonable right to adjust production scheduling for large-batch and customized orders appropriately, so as to prioritize product quality assurance and overall delivery stability.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time
Our store exclusively adopts two standardized international trade delivery terms for all transaction orders: FCA (Free Carrier) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), strictly complying with prevailing international trade Incoterms specifications. The estimated cross-border logistics transit duration ranges from 30–60 business days, which refers purely to overseas transportation time and does not include factory production cycle. All stated logistics durations serve as authoritative reference estimates only. Actual transit efficiency is subject to objective variables including official logistics scheduling arrangements, international shipping route fluctuations, and local customs clearance progress, and shall not constitute legally binding delivery commitments.
Any reasonable delivery delays arising from objective and uncontrollable factors including logistics schedule adjustment, formal customs declaration and clearance procedures, regional warehousing allocation, adverse meteorological conditions and other force majeure events shall not be deemed as delivery default or contractual breach. We shall assume no legal liability or economic compensation obligations for losses incurred from such uncontrollable scenarios. To standardize transaction procedures and ensure stable service quality, we do not support temporary customized logistics solutions. All orders will be executed strictly in accordance with the officially confirmed FCA or DDP delivery terms finalized by both parties.
Shipping Fees, Duties & Tax Liability
All product prices displayed on our official website exclude cross-border logistics fees, operational handling charges and other incidental expenses. The division of tax liabilities and logistics responsibilities is strictly implemented in accordance with the formally confirmed international trade terms. Under FCA terms, once the goods are formally delivered to the designated carrier, all subsequent overseas transportation, customs clearance, tariff payment and corresponding cost liabilities shall be fully undertaken by the buyer. Under DDP terms, we shall independently complete the full-process cross-border transportation, customs declaration and tax payment procedures, ensuring that goods are delivered completely and compliantly to the designated destination warehouse.
Tracking Updates
Upon completion of goods delivery and handover to the official logistics carrier, we will promptly update the corresponding logistics tracking information and issue an official shipping confirmation email to the client. The newly generated tracking data usually requires 24 to 48 hours for system synchronization and official display on the carrier’s platform. Clients may inquire and monitor real-time logistics transportation progress through the official channels of the corresponding logistics service provider.
Risk Transfer & Liability Scope
The transfer of goods ownership and risk liability strictly abide by official international trade Incoterms regulations. Under FCA delivery terms, the full ownership of goods and all potential logistics and transportation risks shall be completely transferred to the buyer upon successful handover to the designated carrier. Under DDP delivery terms, we shall bear all logistics operational risks and customs clearance risks before the goods safely arrive at the designated destination. Our after-sales liability scope is limited exclusively to factory manufacturing quality defects confirmed before shipment. We assume no liability for abnormal conditions, losses or damages occurring in subsequent logistics transportation, warehousing and terminal storage links.
No Modification & No Return After Shipment
Once an order is officially confirmed and shipped in accordance with the agreed FCA or DDP trade terms, no temporary modification of delivery information, adjustment of destination address, unilateral order cancellation or midway goods return shall be accepted. Any abnormal costs, operational losses and legal liabilities arising from the buyer’s temporary demand adjustment, unreasonable refusal of goods delivery, voluntary abandonment of goods or other unilateral behaviors shall be fully borne and settled by the buyer independently.
Shipping Damage & Claim Rules
If the buyer discovers abnormal factory packaging, quantity discrepancy or other non-compliant conditions during goods acceptance, all valid quality claims must be formally submitted with complete and authentic photographic and video evidentiary materials within 10 business days upon goods receipt. Failure to initiate a valid claim within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as voluntary confirmation that the received goods are complete, qualified and fully compliant, and the buyer shall automatically waive all subsequent rights to initiate disputes, claims or accountability applications.
Shipping Service Restrictions
In compliance with international trade compliance standards, global logistics supervision regulations and international sanction policies, we reserve the right to appropriately suspend or restrict logistics and delivery services for high-risk regions, sanctioned countries and territories with unstable customs clearance environments and abnormal logistics operational conditions.
Policy Revision
We retain the exclusive right to revise, update and optimize the contents of this shipping policy in accordance with operational adjustments and policy iteration without prior individual notice. Any continued access to store services and placement of subsequent orders after policy updates shall be deemed as full recognition and unconditional acceptance of the latest official terms.
